"NABH STANDARDS FOR HOSPITAL"


National Accreditation Board for Hospital and Healthcare Providers (NABH) is a constituent board of Quality Council of India (QCI). NABH has been set up with the cooperation of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Government of India) and Indian health industry to establish and operate accreditation for Hospital and health care providers. The NABH Standards for Hospital have been released in December 2005.

To Create awareness on NABH standards, NCQM Ajmer Centre has released a Technical Guidance Literature on "Awareness on NABH Standards for Hospital" in April 2006. Author of the Literature has attended seminar organized by NABH in Pune and he intracted with members of NABH Technical Committee during the seminar. The author has acquired necessary knowledge on NABH Standards.
